Questions
- Do I pay per agent?
- No. You pay for operations. Agents working at once is a plan limit, not a price, so adding agents never multiplies your bill.
- What counts as an agent working at once?
- Work held right now across your organization: once work in progress, queue jobs being handled and slots in use. It is a soft limit, so short bursts can go slightly over. At the limit, the SDKs wait and retry for you.
- Do more spaces give me more capacity?
- No. Every limit applies to the whole organization, so split work into spaces however suits you.
- What happens when I reach my monthly operations?
- On Free, new work is refused until the month resets; work already running can finish. Paid plans keep running.
- Can I buy a paid plan today?
- Not yet. Request the plan you need and we'll enable it for your organization. It's free until the preview ends, and we'll email you at least 30 days before we charge anything, so you can move back to Free if you'd rather.
- Is it free right now?
- Yes. Nothing is charged while runstate is in preview, on any plan.
