Questions
- Do I pay per agent?
- No. You pay for operations. Agents working at once is a plan limit, not a price, so adding agents never multiplies your bill.
- What counts as an agent working at once?
- Work held right now across your organization: claimed tasks, received messages and held permits. It is a soft limit, so short bursts can go slightly over. At the limit, the SDKs wait and retry for you.
- Do more spaces give me more capacity?
- No. Every limit applies to the whole organization, so split work into spaces however suits you.
- What happens when I reach my monthly operations?
- On Free, new work is refused until the month resets; work already running can finish. Paid plans keep running.
- Is it free right now?
- Yes. runstate is in a private developer preview, and preview organizations are not charged.
